By accessing your client gallery hosted by Darnell Delivers via Pixieset, you agree to the following terms:
Image Usage
All photos in this gallery are the property of Darnell Delivers and are protected by copyright law. Upon purchase, you are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial usage or redistribution of these images without explicit permission is prohibited.
Downloads & Prints
If your gallery includes digital downloads or print options, you are responsible for selecting, reviewing, and confirming all orders. Orders are final once placed.
Sharing & Social Media
You may share your gallery with family or friends via direct link. Please credit Darnell Delivers (@darnelldelivers) when posting images on social media. Do not apply filters or modify the images.
Gallery Access Duration
Galleries remain active for 90 days unless otherwise stated. After expiration, a reactivation fee may apply to regain access.
Editing & Retouching
Final edited images reflect the photographer’s artistic style. No additional editing, filters, or alterations should be applied to the images without prior consent.
Technical Limitations
While we strive for uninterrupted access, occasional maintenance or third-party service disruptions may occur. Darnell Delivers is not responsible for data loss, website outages, or print delays caused by Pixieset or print labs.
